In the same way that we have to look after our mental health by remembering "What Would Walter Do" if we're having worries, it is also important to look after our physical health. If we are well in our bodies, it makes staying on top of those difficult feelings easier to manage.
To look after our physical health, we should try to:
1) Eat Well
2) Take Exercise
3) Sleep Well
and
4) Drink Plenty of Water
Eating well includes trying to ensure you have lots of fruit and vegetables in your diet.
